We currently source talent from regions like the Caribbean, specifically Trinidad & Tobago and soon - South America*. As Superstreamlined grows, we aim to source top talent from all over the world where talent is ripe for opportunity.

What roles can I hire with Superstreamlined?

If you have a need for a go-to-market specialist, an executive assistant or bookkeeping professional, you can hire them through Superstreamlined. We’ve found a variety of other roles for our clients, but these are the ones we do best and love to provide.

How do you ensure that the candidates you present are a good fit for our company?

We have a detailed scope of work process with clients which ensures we're matching the best candidate for client needs. Our candidates are also interviewed 2 - 3 times and provided with behavioral technical proficiency and digital skills assessment to ensure they are Day 1 ready. For turnkey candidates in bookkeeping, we perform the necessary background and work history checks to make sure they can deliver results quickly shortening onboarding times.

How long does the search process take?

Depending on your scope of work and complexity of tasks, we can fill your role in 21 days.

If a client has assessments for our candidate to perform before starting, this may affect the search duration.

Do you offer any guarantees for the candidates you place?

Yes. Our clients enjoy a 60-day Day 1 Ready guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the candidate’s performance within 60 days, we’ll find another one for free and give you one month of free service.

How much does this cost?

Our pricing is simple. You tell us if you need a full time or part time team member in any of the 3 categories: Go-To-Market Support, Executive Support or Bookkeeping and we provide a fixed rate which is usually 20-30% less than US market rates.
